Remarakable Facts on Immigration

Today we met with Brdon , the famous attorney of all times .. Obviously I was the veteran in the room .. waiting for the FBI name check for more than a year .. v. beautiful!!!!
Couple of useful points he mentioned that I write in case it helps any one else as well:
*After 180 days in I-485 pending cas e, one becomes a Free Agent and can change jobs but it should be the same function
*If u have a GC and need 2 stay out of US for some time, before u go , u get a RE-ENTRY permit which allows one 2 be outside US for 2 years and can be extended for another 2 years and can be renewed every year
* If u have been more than 6 months and the INS guy wants 2 revoke ur GC, simply say that u want 2 see the immigration judge
*Make sure u file ur taxes as Resident during this time
*For residency u need 2 be in US consecutively for 2 and a half years plus a day!
*Adjstment of Status is preferred over consular one because it's easier to challenge intelligence over meanness

Useful life points:
If u want a GC and are on visa, marry a citizen ... that's the best way! Constitution of marriage can save ur a** , pocket and nerves a lot of trouble!

Try 2 have as many nationalities as u can .. how? Don't know .. May be get reborn .. If any solutions .. let me know that !:)
